§ 111.525. City Access Cable Enhancement Trust Fund.

There is created within the General Trust and Agency Fund a trust fund account to
be known as the
City Access Cable Enhancement Fund,
hereinafter the
Fund.
The Director of Finance and Administration shall deposit into the fund revenue payable
to the City pursuant to the application of City Code Section 710.126 (provision of
additional services/financial support to the City) and all donations and contributions
of money, including gifts and grants, received for use toward achieving the purposes,
functions and goals of Code Section 710.126. All such monies shall be accounted for
separately within the fund. All sums placed into the fund, and interest accumulated
on such sums, are hereby appropriated for the purposes of City Code Section 710.126,
and such appropriations shall not lapse at the close of any fiscal year, but instead
shall carry over to the next fiscal year. The Director of Finance and Administration,
or his/her designee, is authorized and directed to make distributions from the fund,
subject to the availability of funds in the fund. Nothing in this Section shall prohibit
or otherwise limit any appropriations which may be made by the Council for the use
toward achieving the purposes, functions and goals of City Code Section 710.126.
