§ 122.815. Surplus food products.

When, in the opinion of the Sheriff, meat and vegetable products produced at the Jacksonville Correctional Institution are in excess of the amount necessary to meet the needs of the City, he may declare the excess food products to be surplus property of the City. The Sheriff may establish such procedures and requirements as he deems necessary and proper for the distribution of food surplus products produced by the Jacksonville Correctional Institution; provided, that distribution shall be limited to those organizations which receive cash contributions from the City.
