§ 123.103. Annual budgetary adjustments.

  • The directors of the departments responsible for the programs for which fees are established in Section 123.102, Ordinance Code hereby are authorized and directed to make annual reviews of the above fees, together with the Director of Finance and Administration, during preparation of each department's annual budget recommendation. Those directors shall apprise the Mayor each year during the preparation of any changes to those fees which may be appropriate in order for the respective departments to recover the actual costs of permits, materials and services and the appropriate average administrative and service costs necessary to make the above permits, materials and services available to the public. The Mayor shall include such changes as are necessary in his annual budget proposal to the Council pursuant to Part II, Chapter 106.
