§ 123.104. Establishment of new fees.

In the event the Mayor hereafter determines other departments within the executive branch in equity and sound fiscal practice also should charge public fees for permits, materials and services comparable to those established above, the Mayor shall include such proposed public fees in the annual budget proposal to the Council or shall request introduction of an appropriate ordinance to establish such fees.
