§ 111.345. Sheriffs Curfew Parenting Plan Trust Fund.

There is hereby created and established an account to be known as the Sheriff's Curfew Parenting Plan Trust Fund, ( the "Fund") a permanent trust fund of the City into which shall be deposited all civil penalties collected pursuant to Section 603.302, Ordinance Code, as may from time to time be received by the City. All sums placed into this fund, together with any interest accrued, are hereby appropriated for the benefit of the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office efforts to reduce violators of the Curfew ordinance by funding, in whole or in part, parenting skills classes for adults who violate Section 603.203, Ordinance Code. Such appropriations shall not lapse at the close of any fiscal year, but instead shall carry over to the next fiscal year. Furthermore, the Sheriff, or his/her designee, is responsible for the administration of this fund.
